The Maligaya Institute for Culinary Arts and Residential Services colors Tahilan with an atmosphere of a home through its laundry, cleaning and food services. Located beside Tahilan Residence and Study Center, MICARS is a school which offers less privileged women a two-year work-study program that will prepare them for a career in the food and institutional service industries. It is a project of the Foundation for Professional Training Incorporated. |
